If you’ve been wrongfully terminated, do you know the two things you need to consider? So when we have cases involving wrongful termination, people often are not mindful of the time period in which they have in order to bring a case. The law sets out very rigid time requirements. So that’s number one to keep in mind. Number two is what kind of claim do you have? Is it a gender discrimination case? Is it a race case? Is it an age discrimination case? Were you wrongfully terminated?
