Yikai Wang is a Law Clerk in the San Francisco office of Sanford Heisler Sharp, LLP, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. Yikai received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School and his LL.B. from Renmin University of China.
While obtaining his LL.B. in Beijing, Yikai participated in the Disability Rights Clinic and led a team to explore a legal strategy to combat employment discrimination. He also interned at the Beijing LGBT Center where he initiated the first diversity and inclusion network among Chinese enterprises. He has been a committee member of Rainbow Law School, a summer program to deliver the professional knowledge of international human rights law and the LGBT movement in China.
Yikai served as a research assistant for the Harvard Law School Project on Disability, focusing on inclusive education and blind massage therapy in China. He was a member of the International Independent Clinic at the Disability Rights Division of the Taiwan Legal Aid Foundation. He is also a recipient of the F.Y. Chan Scholar, the Cravath International Fellow, and the Lee and Li Foundation Fellow.
