Paul Richards is Sanford Heisler Sharp’s IT Help Desk Lead. Paul has more than twenty years of help desk, technical support, and network management experience. He exhibits extraordinary troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and he offers knowledgeable and reliable support. Paul can assist in the server environment and is proficient in Visual Basic, Java, and SQL.
Prior to joining Sanford Heisler Sharp, Paul was the IT and Desktop Support Manager at the Takoma Park Silver Spring Cooperative. He has also worked in similar help desk roles at the American Center for Physics and the Federal Communications Commission.
Paul earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Buffalo State College, State University of New York. He also holds CompTIA A+ CE and CompTIA Security+ CE certifications.
