Nupoor Goyal is a Summer Associate in the Palo Alto office of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, and Tennessee. Nupoor is a rising 3L at Berkeley Law. She received her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.

In law school, Nupoor is an Articles Editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and a Student Advocate for the California Asylum Representation Clinic. She is also a Co-Chair of the South Asian Law Students Association and a Programming Chair for the Womxn of Color Collective. Last summer, Nupoor was a Summer Associate in the Civil Rights and Elder Justice Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Since then, she has held internships in both Legal Aid at Work’s Racial Economic Justice Program and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division.

In her free time, Nupoor enjoys going on long walks, reading for pleasure, and watching Michigan football.
