Myla McLeod is a Legal Intake and Operations Specialist in the New York office of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, and Tennessee. Myla is a graduate of Villanova University, where she earned a B.A. in Criminology and was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List.

While at Villanova, Myla balanced the rigors of academics and competition as a Division I student-athlete on the Villanova Women’s Soccer team, where she demonstrated leadership, resilience, and mentorship. Myla also played an active role in Villanova’s 13% Club, promoting inclusivity for the university’s Black students and student-athletes. During the summers before Myla’s junior and senior year, she worked in Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight's New York office as an Intern, supporting civil rights and employment rights litigation matters.

In her spare time, Myla enjoys reading books and taking long walks with her two dogs, Brooklyn and Rocky.
