Miriam graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College with departmental honors in Political Science and a minor in English. In her major, she focused on political theory and international relations, and she spent her junior year abroad studying History and Politics at the University of Oxford. Her senior thesis explored the intersection of political and legal theory regarding secular education standards in New York yeshivas.
Outside of school, Miriam served as Treasurer and Vice President of Bryn Mawr College Hillel, led a small a capella group, and volunteered for organizations promoting educational access. She spent her summers interning in local government in Wisconsin and on multiple political campaigns in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. In the future, she intends to pursue a higher degree in politics or law.
