Andrew Lichtblau is a Legal Intake and Financial Services Investigation Specialist in the New York office of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, and Tennessee. Andrew received his B.A. from Columbia University, where he majored in philosophy and concentrated in history.

Before joining Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, Andrew worked in education and political advocacy as a Teaching Assistant for summer programs at Columbia University and the University of Virginia. Most recently, he worked with Columbia’s Freedom and Citizenship program, which provides pre-college guidance for first-generation, low-income high school students in New York City. Through the program, he helped instruct students on political philosophy and led advocacy projects addressing policy problems in their local communities.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys watching baseball and reading philosophy. His favorite baseball team is the San Francisco Giants, and his favorite philosophy book is Plato’s Republic.
