About Our San Francisco Office
Sanford Heisler’s San Francisco office is located in the city’s Financial District. The San Francisco office’s impressive record of success reflects our staff’s personal and professional investment in representing clients who deserve justice. Our attorneys in San Francisco work together with the experienced attorneys in our Washington, DC, New York, and San Diego offices.
San Francisco Partner
Felicia Medina is the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office as well as the Chair of Sanford Heisler’s Employment Discrimination practice. Felicia was Lead Counsel in several national class action cases with major settlements: Pan et al v. Qualcomm Inc. et. al., and Wellens et al. v. Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., gender discrimination matters; and McCarthy et al. v. Valero Energy Corp., a wage and hour class action filed on behalf of gas station workers. Ms. Medina has led several of the Firm’s highest profile gender suits and has negotiated multiple six- and seven-figure pre-suit settlements for women in public relations and the technology sector.
San Francisco Senior Attorney
The San Francisco office also benefits from the contributions of Xinying Valerian. Ms. Valerian represents employees in individual and class actions involving wage and hour, retaliation, discrimination and other civil rights claims, as well as in qui tam matters. Ms. Valerian recently secured a class settlement (now before the Court for final approval) after having briefed, argued, and won four certified class actions on behalf of low-wage Chinese American workers at Ma Laboratories in San Jose, California.
