Attorney Needed in the San Francisco Office

We are currently seeking an attorney with at least three years of legal experience – including substantial class action litigation experience – to join our San Francisco, CA office. The firm values someone with broad-ranging litigation experience, including experience at trial, in discovery, and in settlement negotiations, as well as clerkship experience. This attorney will be expected to take on significant responsibility very quickly, including taking and defending depositions, researching and drafting court filings, coordinating client communications, and participating in settlement negotiations and court proceedings.
To be eligible, applicants must have:
- 3-12 years of litigation experience, including clerkship experience;
- substantial class action experience;
- admission to the California Bar;
- a demonstrated commitment to civil rights;
- strong academic credentials;
- excellent writing and communication skills;
- strong analytical capabilities; and
- ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Plaintiff-side experience and knowledge of employment and/or anti-discrimination law is strongly preferred.
