The Firm often hires individuals with 0-3 years of experience to serve as litigation fellows, and this is a way stand-out summer associates come into the Firm after their law school graduation. The litigation fellowships provide new lawyers a one or two-year opportunity to gain extensive litigation experience. Our fellows play significant roles in our litigation: engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel, briefing discovery motions and other major filings, and taking and defending depositions. Many fellows stay on at the Firm to become associates.
