Khali Jones

Khali Jones is the Director of Human Resources at Sanford Heisler Sharp, a national law firm with offices in the District of Columbia, New York, California, Tennessee, and Maryland. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from High Point University and is certified as an Associate Professional in Human Resources by the HRCI®.

Prior to Sanford Heisler Sharp, Khali was the HR Onboarding & Integration Specialist for an AmLaw100 firm. Khali has also worked closely with attorneys on matters relating to consumer & banking litigation, first amendment law, regulatory litigation and a number of other areas. She garnered an interest in HR after pivoting into firm operations.

Khali is a fierce advocate for marginalized communities and is devoted to combating the inequity many people face in the U.S. When Khali is not working, she enjoys taking care of her two cats, discovering new bookstores, and catching up with friends and family.
